Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to track and manage sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide exceptional account management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver outstanding customer service before and after the sale
- Focus on technology sales, including software solutions
- Engage in outside sales activities to reach potential clients
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably in a technology-related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong ability to market products effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals closed
- Demonstrated expertise in account management and customer service
- Experience in outside sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and draw actionable insights

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
