Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Human Resource Supervisor in Chicago, IL! The qualified candidate will work with the leadership and staff to align labor agreements. They will maintain a working relationship between the union and management.

Responsibilities:

• Implement site labor strategy
• Maintain all employment laws
• Ensure company policy and work rules are followed
• Site representative in all labor matters
• Responsible to represent the company in all aspects of the grievance procedure
• Prepare and maintain reports for all labor related activities
• Work with site and corporate leadership team
• Ensure trainings are conducted for the site
• Provide communication between supervisors and union personnel
• Assist HR Manager with related matters
• Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years’ experience in production environment
• Experience working in union environment preferred
• Bilingual, English/Spanish
• Prior supervisor experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible work hours
