Join Us as a Receptionist!

Part time 16 hours, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3PM - 8PM

Responsible for administrative and support functions at TaraVista Behavioral Health Center including answering the telephone, processing calls, taking messages when necessary, greeting visitors, family members, vendors and contractors. Other administrative duties as assigned.

You Bring Meaningful Experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

• High School or Equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of administrative experience.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Highly personable and a team player.
• Comfortable greeting family members, stakeholders and vendors in a psychiatric setting.
