Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort, Resort Way,... is Hiring a PM Lobby Attendant Near Boerne, TX

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lobby Attendant to join our team that is organized, uses time well, and able to follow directions. Hours will be from 3pm to 11:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Cleans and maintains all lobbies and public areas, including restrooms
  • Keeps furniture and decorations in designated areas.
  • Sweeps, mops, polishes and vacuums floors and carpets.
  • Keeps walkways, clubhouse and public areas free from trash.
  • Empties trash can and ashtrays, in clubhouse, pools, and outside walkways.
  • Polishes / dusts furniture and fixtures.
  • Delivers items to guests’ rooms as needed/requested.
  • Assist guests with questions and direct them to the areas they wish to go.

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in cleaning equipment and chemicals

Good physical health and stamina – able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis

Flexibility to work any day of the week.

Ability to follow instructions with little or no supervision

Must be able to speak to others using clear and professional language.

Excellent organizational skills as well as time management

Must be able to work at a fast pace and work well with others

Multi-tasking skills

This is a full – time non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Housekeeping.

Hours vary with occupancy. Weekends and holidays are a must.

The employee will be required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl at any given time and lift, move up to 25 pounds.

Must be eligible to work in USA.
