A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of our digital marketing initiatives, enhancing our brand and drive lead conversions. You'll create and implement innovative strategies to optimize the online user experience, boost marketing effectiveness, and increase customer satisfaction and be accountable for meeting KPI targets and reporting campaign success. The role also involves crafting new strategies to engage our audience and increase lead generation.
YOU'RE AWESOME AT :
  • Oversee the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and deploy digital strategies that improve digital consumer journey, including but not limited to increasing brand awareness and search interest, improving brand/product consideration, increasing social followership, expanding influencer coverage, and other relevant leading digital drivers.
  • Implements targeting methodologies to reach audience segments on the right channels at the right time to inspire action.
  • Plans strategies to drive prospective customers through the marketing funnel to create demand and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Stays up to date on the evolving digital marketing landscape, including data/privacy regulations, technology advancements, and AdTech platform changes.
  • Defines and campaign creative asset development for ongoing paid media content refreshes and optimizations with an agile marketing "pod" team (designer, copywriter, etc.) to be in alignment with brand goals, performance metrics, and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
EXTRA AWESOME:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including but not limited to paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proven experience creating and managing large-scale, omnichannel deliverables.
  • Thorough understanding of digital platforms, channels, user experience, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize work and schedules, ensuring multiple projects and efforts are completed timely and effectively.
  • Experience influencing and guiding work cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the healthcare and/or medical device industry is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus, equity, and a robust benefits package.
Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts and flexible saving accounts. You'll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (starting in year 1) and have access to a 401k plan with company match. Learn more about Tandem's benefits here!

Potential new employees must successfully complete a drug screen (excludes marijuana) and background check which includes criminal search, education certification and employment verification prior to hire.
