Core Functions: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests Welcome every guest with a warm greeting Control guest access to the appropriate club based on their ticketed seat location Scan tickets for every person entering/exiting the stadium club Assist guests with mobile tickets Direct guests to the correct seating area based on their ticketed seat location Handle guest-related matters in a professional and courteous manner Skills & Abilities:Excellent customer service skills and willingness to help others Excellent verbal communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detailAbility to operate a JANAM ticket scanner running the Android OS Familiarity and comfortable utilizing mobile technology on a variety of mobile devices Works well independently in a fast-paced environment Outgoing personality and a professional demeanor Positive attitude Familiarity with Raymond James Stadium and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Experience: Previous ticket taker experience preferred Previous customer service experience preferred Work Environment The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment.
