Job Summary. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are seeking an experienced sports Music Operator to run music for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games in addition to pre and postseason playoff home games and Raymond James in-stadium events when required. The ideal candidate must be available to work all Buccaneers’ home games.
Core Functions:

• Engage fans with music playlists to create a fun and energetic atmosphere throughout game day and events.
• Work closely with the Head of Music on curating game day playlists according to the game theme, matchup, and opponent.
• Follow directions from game day producer as well as the show script as it changes in real-time.
• Assist with all needs as directed for pre-game, in-game, halftime, and post-game.
• Assist other game day crews and departments to enhance the overall Buccaneers game day or event experience.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on game days and other events.
• Other duties as assigned to enhance the overall game-day entertainment and event experience as deemed necessary or as directed by the Director of BucVision Productions and team.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to use creativity and timeliness to create a fun, active, inclusive environment for fans.
• Operate music during appropriate times using family-appropriate music.
• Study and adhere to NFL rules and regulations regarding the use of audio in stadium.
• Ability to execute timelines, rundowns, and entertainment elements on game days.
• Must be enthusiastic, positive, hardworking, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent at entertaining, communicating, engaging, and interacting with coworkers and fans.
• Flexible and capable of leading and being led.
• Ability to work well under pressure, balance responsibilities and troubleshoot when necessary.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates/leads and be responsive to feedback.

Experience & Education:

• Music/ DJing background preferred; must have a passion for entertaining.
• Knowledge of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, NFL, Football, Tampa Bay, and Raymond James Stadium preferred.

Work Environment:
The Company is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. Other environmental conditions:

• Must be able to work flexible hours for game days, training camp and events (inc. weekends, nights, and holidays).
• Must be able to work all (10) Buccaneers home games.
• Ability to assist in set-up and breakdown, which may require frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 50 pounds.
