We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Professionals to join our team. As an Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Meet with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Market and sell various types of insurance policies such as auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Explain policy details, terms, conditions, and coverage limits to clients
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales
- Strong market knowledge and ability to identify potential clients
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in sales administration and benefits administration
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
