Coordinator – Business Initiatives

The Business Initiatives Coordinator partners with the Business Initiatives Department and its leaders by creating effective and efficient processes, implementation plans, and organizing content. The Coordinator provides general support for Business Initiatives and manages projects that promote growth and development.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with and build relationships with the Leadership team, Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Support teams. 
  • Communicate updates and important information between project team members and the Business Initiatives Department
  • Support Business Initiatives by creating and implementing processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide organization, tracking, reporting, and communication for Business initiatives. Leverage Asana project management tool.
  • Partner with the Business Initiatives to curate content for communications and strategic business initiatives.
  • Build resources for trainers, operations, and strategic initiatives from content supported by the Business Initiatives leaders.
  • Organize and maintain internal documents.
  • Maintain fluent knowledge of company’s core products and services.
  • Participate in programs that align to mission, vision, and values of company.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in the Payments/FinTech industry 
  • Strong relational, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge/experience with project management, administrative tasks, and Asana
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and SharePoint
  • Creative, innovative, and willing to bring innovative ideas to implement solutions and improvements. 
  • Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions.
  • Meticulous, process and results driven.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other team members
  • Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:

  • Standard work schedule, required travel, and emergent conditions.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position can involve travel up to 5% of the time.

Compensation:

  • Salary to commensurate with experience
