Service Provider will provide a Business Analyst to fulfill the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

Coordinate BluesNet onboarding process and required forms with Blue Plans and their partners.
Keep track of all required paperwork and approvals before onboarding to BluesNet and after sun setting from BluesNet
Coordinate project scope, risk, and schedule for BluesNet project initiatives. Prepare and present project information to BluesNet Director and Senior Leaders.
Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications.
Create and manage documentation and reports for projects.
Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges.
Collect the necessary information required to start projects.
Maintain current knowledge on the legislation applicable to each project.
Collaborate with Operations team to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner to correct/avoid failing functions, activities, and processes.
Coordinate, setup, and track BluesNet billing needs for customers with Operations and Finance team.
Conduct continual improvement opportunities assessments to maximize the value of BluesNet activities and deliverables.
Assist in BluesNet Oversight Committee Meeting preparations.
Assist in other committee Meetings and Summit's preparations.
We expect the resource to have great communication, Telecom, and finance experience.
