Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of precision deep drawn enclosures and components, ensuring they meet the tightest tolerances and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles, including six sigma, kanban, dock-to-stock, and vendor-managed inventory programs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team during design phases to ensure robust and economical designs, leveraging the company's tooling library to reduce costs and lead times.
• Ensure precision and quality in in-house tooling design and concurrent engineering processes.
• Manage value-added services such as assembly, machining, welding, and surface treatments and coatings, ensuring compliance with industry certifications and standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing and process development through cellular manufacturing and real-time data capture on the shop floor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the metal stamping or precision engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and other quality management systems.
• Experience in overseeing complex manufacturing processes and managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the aerospace, medical, battery, electronics, and industrial markets.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 certifications, and ITAR registration requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
