PrimaryResponsibilities Include:

·Vital sign and telemetry monitoring

·Patient physical care and assistance withdaily living activities

·Ensure patient safety

·Launder linens

·Maintain cleanliness of the facility and helpwith patient rooms

·Manage supply room inventory

·Participate in quality management and staffmeetings

·Support nursing staff in managing disruptivebehavior in the clinic

·Help to create and maintain a recovery-basedenvironment

Requirements

SuccessfulCandidates Must Have:

·High school diploma or GED

·2 years’ experience in a hospital, clinical,behavioral health, or substance use disorder setting preferred

·Knowledge of basic crisis interventiontechniques

·Current CPR certification

·Excellent customer service and communicationskills

·Proficient in medical record documentation

·Thoughtful and empathetic problem-solvingabilities

·Desire to be part of a team dedicated tobridging the gap between detox and recovery

·Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and push 100lbs.

·Ability to treat patients with dignity andempathy in challenging situations

·Strong desire to be part of a team dedicatedto providing patients with exceptional therapeutic care

·Compassion for all patients facing tryingphysical & mental health crises
