• Manage a sales team of 8-10;
• Implement marketing initiatives to support branch goals;
• Inspire and foster a customer service driven culture with the Inside Sales/Order Desk; and Outside Sales Team to achieve high level customer satisfaction;
• Develop rapport and strengthen relationships with customers;
• Liaise with Branch Manager and Purchasing Manager to effectively manage inventory;
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and manage goals, systems, business plans and operating budgets;
• Evaluate, and monitor sales activity and provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Sales Team;
• Work with internal departments to ensure orders, deadlines, and profitability are on target.

• Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing, preferred
• Minimum 5 years sales leadership experience
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to mentor, coach and lead a team
• Strong analytical, time management, organizational and performance management skills
• MS Office and CRM intermediate level
