VP of Sales – Medical Device
San Diego
First Year OTE 250-325k
This VP should be technical in Power BI (or familiar) heavily data driven (has driven 30% sales growth y/y), Salesforce, strategic territory analysis, etc.
25-30% travel (domestic)
- Company growing steadily.
- Team Leadership experience is critical, growing successful sales organizations.
- Team is 50 Territory Business Managers and 5 Regional Sales Managers.
- Med device is not a hard requirement, but a strong plus. Distributor/wholesale b2b product sales or healthcare product sales are also a plus.
Requirements
BS in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent education and experience.
9 Years in Sales Leadership.
PowerBI (or similar), Salesforce (or similar), technical sales analytics experience.
20-30% travel.
Med Device/Healthcare/Retail Pharmacy experience.
