Outside Sales Representative

Northern VA area. Direct Hire

Work 1/2 from home, 1/2 in field. 

 

Talentry’s client is looking for an eager Outside Sales Representativeor Territory Business Manager to cover the northern Virginia area. The appropriate rep will work from home on a hybrid basisto perform 80% outside sales and 20% inside sales building relationships in theterritory for selling medical supplies for a quickly growing national company.

 

The company provides rigorous training, existing territoryrevenue, and an opportunity for uncapped commissions. This Rep will developand implement a strategic territory plan in conjunction with the Regional SalesManager. He or she will work on developing relationships and understand theclient’s needs, growing sales and expanding the territory, and establish him-or herself as a trusted resource / subject matter expert on the disease statescovered by our growing national client’s medical solutions.

1.Our client has a proven track record of commitmentto the sales reps. With a proven comprehensive training program, and byproviding the required resources, data, mentorship, and leads, they have setthe stage for uncapped sales success.

2.There is existing revenue in each territory.

3.Uncapped commissions.

Requirements

1-5 years of sales experience, including outside sales. Experiencewith sales in the medical field is a strong plus.

Ability to work on a hybrid basis (2 days in the field, therest WFH).

Ability to manage time/schedule/priorities in a high-volumesales environment needed.

Salesforce experience is a plus.

Benefits

The base salary is between 55.k and 66.5k, depending onexperience. The on-target earnings (OTE) for these roles is 100k the firstyear, 150-175k the second year, and higher (uncapped) in the subsequent years.We have placed reps with this company, and most of them are ahead of target.

 

Other benefits include health, dental, and vision options,FSA and HSA plans, employer-paid EAP, 401k with company match, discretionaryprofit-sharing plan, and generous PTO.
