JobDescription :
Prepare agendasand papers for board meetings committees and annual generalmeetings (AGMs) and
follow up on actionpoints.
Convene and service AGMs take minutesdraft resolutions and lodge required forms andannual
returns with appropriatedepartments.
Ensure policies regulatory orstatutory changes that might affect the organization are up to dateand
approved by thecommittee.
Maintain statutory books includingregisters of members directors andsecretaries.
Handle correspondence collateinformation write reports and communicate decisions torelevant
companystakeholders.
Liaise with external regulatorsand advisers such as lawyers and auditors NSE BSE &SEBI.
Implement processes or systems toensure good management of theorganization.
Develop and oversee the systemsthat ensure the company complies with all applicable codesin
addition to its legal and statutoryrequirements.
Take an active role and providevaluable input to the management decisions related to sharingissues
mergers andtakeovers.
Manage contractual agreements withsuppliers and customers.
Manage the officespace and deal with personnel administration and company / staffinsurance policies.
Drive PR activitiesrelated to aspects of financialmanagement.
Requirements
