Minimum Qualifications

​Experience: 2 years of experience in Human Resources required OR 4 years of administrative experience required

Summary

Department: HR Benefits and Retirement

Shift timings: 08:30 - 17:00- Monday to friday (5 days/8 hours)

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Specialist-Benefits should possess a demonstrated ability to proactively and effectively communicate, accurately process transactions, maintain records, critically think through issues, effectively answer inquiries, prioritize, and ensure appropriate follow-up when needed.

Demonstrates excellent customer service, a professional image, and develops rapport to assist internal customers in navigating benefit options or inquires, as well as, provide a positive first impression of CMC and the Human Resources department.

Provides front desk reception support and/or back-up support as needed.​​
