About the Job
Livanta is seeking empathetic and considerate individuals to assist Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and representatives by handling calls, managing case intake, staffing the Medicare Helpline, and explaining patient rights and responsibilities under Medicare. The role involves acting as a neutral liaison and informing stakeholders about the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) activities. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work well with diverse individuals, speak English clearly (bilingual in English/Spanish preferred), and possess some knowledge of medical terminology. Based in Las Vegas, Livanta offers immediate health insurance and variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
