Position Summary: Seeking a creative and energetic Events and Marketing professional to own the coordination and execution of events that drive awareness and demand of client solutions for maximized organizational and impact. This role will work closely with our events managers, segment marketing, and with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events and experiences that inspire, educate, and engage. You'll be a strong project manager responsible for the event intake process, schedules, agency deliverables, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end event planning, execution, and reporting across owned internal events and third-party events
• Support event intake process, agency management, timelines, budget, and logistics, including building demand generation assets, and pre-event and post-event email communications.
• Collaborate with segment marketing, sales and partner teams to align events and update editorial calendars.
• Assist in presenter readiness, event debriefs, and feedback across multiple stakeholders including segment, partner, and industry teams.
• Incorporate inclusive marketing and accessibility principles, leading practices, and tools in the execution of events.

Qualifications:

• BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 2 years of relevant marketing, event management, and/or related work experience.
• A team player with strong organizational skills that understands core marketing principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting internal or external event strategy and event execution, including executing in-person event booth and online/virtual events.
• Experience working with demand generation marketing tools.
• A driven self-starter with the ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
• Passion for client's mission and technology solutions.
• PM Experience | Required 5 Years of Experience
• Event Management & Marketing | Required 3 Years of Experience
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.|3-5 Years of Experience
