Taldeco is Hiring a Production Manager Near Ypsilanti, MI
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate production activities to meet production goals
- Develop and implement production schedules and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Scrap reporting and scrap reduction plans and activities
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing environment
- 3 yrs or more in a Supervision role
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
