Overview:
Taldeco is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
- Monitor process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Make adjustments to equipment settings as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve production issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Shown experience working in an automation facility
