Job Title: Intake SpecialistFLSA: Hourly Job Type: Full TimePosition Summary:High-volume and growing personal injury law firm located in downtown Atlanta is looking for a client-focused, personable, and enthusiastic candidate to join their Intake team. Candidate should be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for receiving telephone calls and emails from potential new clients, investigating preliminary issues, communicating important facts to the attorneys, and opening new files. Applicant must have an eye for detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and emails from potential client.
Conduct initial client intake interviews.
Gather initial client intake paperwork, client information, and process.
Enter new client and matter information into our client management system.
Coordinate meeting time/place with potential client for initial consultation.
Interview prospective client regarding their potential claim.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient computer literacy with general Office applications including: Outlook, Word, Excel.
Ability to communicate and work efficiently with all levels of the firm.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in the legal industry and knowledge of legal terms and procedures is a plus.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
