Personal Injury Intake Specialist-Bilingual

At The Concussion Center, each patient, and the care they receive, is individualized and exceptional. Your exclusive role at The Concussion Center will be to welcome our patients and help them through the onboarding process and completely satisfied with their experience. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with outstanding communication skills, able to organize and communicate information, facilitate communication between the center and patients, motivate patients to complete treatments, schedule appointments, and other administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Execute a clearly defined workflow to on-board and schedule new patients.
• Drive communication between our physicians, referring offices, and patients.
• Obtain documents necessary to support case handling.
• Maintain organized case files that demonstrate progression and resolution. Enter data into internal and external systems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Advise patients to call and schedule appointments, follow up on referrals to make sure appointment is made, obtain medical records, scan records into patient’s chart and attach referral.
• Receive, review, and process all new patient referrals.
• Ability to schedule imaging appointments quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bilingualin Spanish (Required)
• 1 year of legal personal injury experience. Medical experience is a plus.
• High School/GED Degree (Required)
• Demonstrated understanding of the operational structure of medical practices.
• Personable customer service approach and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivated problem solver, attention to detail, and proficient technology skills a must.
• Exceptional ability to multi-task.
• Genuine soft skills approach in communicating to obtain desired results.
