Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain open communication with Customers to confirm orders, resolve inquiries and inform of order delays.
• Maintain open communication with Sales Teams as needed to confirm price variances, delays in customers’ orders or any other pertinent information.
• Ensure all customers’ orders are entered into the Supply Chain within 24 hours of receiving the order and confirmations are sent as needed. Communicate to customer if order entry will be delayed.
• SME (Subject Matter Experts) for each customer; understanding specific customer requirements as it relates to supporting their demand. (ex. delivery specifications, packing requirements, QC requirements)
• Resolve product or service complications by clarifying the situation, researching the problem and presenting solutions. Present solutions to Order Management Supervisor or Senior Order Management Representative.
• Review Customer Return Inquiries and follow up as needed to obtain resolutions and authorizations for returns with Order Management Supervisor and Demand Manager.
• Communicate 1st Order sales entries with Demand Planning.
• Communicate to specific departments as needed on order specific questions (ex. Production Planning, Shipping and Traffic)
• Support and maintain open lines of communication between Order Management Team and Demand Planning team
• Support the department as needed

Qualifications:

• Associates Business/Communications or related degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in Customer Service/Order Management, or 1-year experience with Degree as stated above.
• Business to Business Preferred.
