Job Summary:
To support our customers by providing excellent customer service through ensuring the customers demand is entered into the Supply Chain on time and accurately. Order Management Representative supports the customer’s order from point of entry to invoice and is the key link in communication with our customers.
Essential Job Functions:
Educational Qualifications: Associates Business/Communications or related degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years’ experience in Customer Service/Order Management, or 1-year experience with Degree as stated above. Business to Business Preferred.
Competencies: This position requires a person that has excellent verbal, written and math skills. And they must be computer literate, as well as bi-lingual, Spanish is a plus. Candidate needs to work as part of a team and provide assistance when necessary to maintain successful operation.
