Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Assist with food preparation and service as needed - Set up and break down the bar area before and after each shift - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner Skills: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred - Proficient in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to process orders and payments - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
