Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Barback/Busser. The Barback/Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting the bartenders and servers and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining areas. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing bar supplies, including glassware, liquor, and mixers.

- Prepare garnishes and ingredients for cocktails and drinks.

- Clean and maintain bar area, including wiping down counters, sinks, and equipment.

- Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure smooth turnover of guests.

- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests as needed.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

- Assist in restocking and replenishing supplies throughout the restaurant.

- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guests' needs and inquiries.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

-Must be 18 or older, preferably 21 to have the chance to pour simple cocktails/beer/wine

-since mot of our BOH staff speak russian we would like for the barback/busser/foodrunner to have the ability to speak russian as well. This is not required for the position.
