Job Overview:
We are seeking a INCREDIBLE, friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with product demonstrations and sales promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Skills:
- Ability to multi task and lead in a fast paced environment
- Restaurant experience
- Technology sales knowledge
- Strong multi task skills
- Experience in wireless sales (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Retail or restaurant sales experience
