Responsibilities: maintaining and repairing interiors and exterior of buildings, appliance repairs, plumbing, light electrical repairs, sheetrock repairs, make readies, painting, grounds (lawn & snow) and other maintenance work orders. HVAC certification strongly recommended. Must have previous relevant experience, be familiar with tools and equipment, able to handle physical workload, be efficient, detailed and deadline oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
