Job Title: Location Manager

Location: Ta Co. at West Ridge Mall

Compensation: $40k - $50k annual salary

Company Overview: Ta Co. is a vibrant and rapidly growing taco restaurant, known for its diverse menu, exceptional customer service, and lively atmosphere. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Location Manager to join our team at the West Ridge Mall location which will soon be open 7 days a week come March. This will be the first location to open in Topeka which will soon be followed by the downtown location opening in the spring of 2024.

Position Overview: As the Location Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Ta Co. at West Ridge Mall. This includes managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and driving business growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who can bring a passion for the food industry, excellent management skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the West Ridge Mall location, including staff, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members to uphold Ta Co.'s service and quality standards.
• Ensure the restaurant's compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Work closely with the local management team to achieve business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
