The Operations Manager overseeing the SEMI facility reports to Site Leader and is a key customer contact for the warehousing facility. There are also tasks related to an additional offsite storage facility in Jonesville, IN. Responsible for successful day-to-day management of safety, delivery, and inventory accuracy. Coordinates the flow within the facility to ensure customer delivery goals are met. The Operations Manager must successfully adhere to the organization’s level of customer service based on corporate mission and values. Includes budgetary / financial responsibility for their assigned area. Ensures daily/weekly/monthly reporting is completed and accurate and be able to present to executive customer contacts. Oversight of around 9 EE's, including 1 CDL Class A driver.
