Mid America Health (MAH) is hiring a motivated Portable Operations Manager to join its fast paced, friendly, portable dental division in Greenwood, IN! This amazing opportunity will be a full- time, onsite position located in Greenwood, IN. This full- time opportunity will be Monday through Friday. The Portable Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations while balancing various business responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising, hiring, training, scheduling, and running a multi-state Division.

The ideal candidate for this position has stellar communication skills, is highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and has exceptional customer service skills in working with a variety of personalities. This candidate must take initiative, utilize outstanding problem-solving skills, and be able to handle a variety of tasks with a teachable spirit. The candidate should be able to adapt quickly to change and have a strong sense of balancing priorities. Exceptional communications skills (verbal and written) are an absolute must!!

This Portable Operations Manager position is full time, Monday through Friday. Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Business and/or Healthcare Management is Required; Bachelors is Preferred
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Dental Experience is Preferred
