Assistant Manager

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store functioning
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, promoting a positive work environment
- Manage and supervise employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Assist in inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and appearance standards
- Assist with customer service issues and resolve any customer complaints or concerns
- Support the store manager in implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer traffic
- Assist in budgeting and financial management, including payroll and expense control

Experience:
- Previous experience in leadership or retail management roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of shift management and scheduling processes
- Familiarity with payroll systems and procedures
- Experience in inventory control and merchandising techniques
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
