T3i is Hiring a Wing Developer Near Village, FL
Job Summary: Wing developers inspire and develop future SW/CS Operators for the physical and mental demands of their selected pipeline courses and career fields, by use of transparent, objective-based resiliency programs. Wing developers provide physical fitness coaching, human performance academics, remedial skills, and mental resiliency training to support students IAW approved Government lesson plans. This support is required to provide continued physical and mental development, thus enabling the Air Force to effectively develop candidates to their fullest potential to meet increased SW/CS requirements. Responsibilities:
Deliver approved physical training and mentorship lesson plans and programming
Develop and deliver mentorship training and classes to SW/ CS airmen
As a part of an overall development plan, Wing Developers need to be available to directly assist each candidate with safety, nutrition, physical fitness workout plans, mental resiliency, and use of safe and proper exercise techniques
Performance will require working 8 hrs per day Mon-Fri. Location of duty will be the designated Wing Development location (Lackland AFB)
Required Skills and Experience:
6 yrs Operational Experience as PJ/ CCT/ SR/ TACP/ CRO/ or STO (Post Graduation of 3-Level Course)
Possess the ability to demonstrate and explain all points of performance for exercises included in the PAST
American Red Cross (Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid, provided by T3i)
Personal Trainer Certification (ACE/NASM/TSAC/Coopers/NSCA) *If applicant does not already have this cert. T3i will provide training material and reimburse for cost
Required Background Check: Tier I (formerly NACI)
Type of Employment: Full Time T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards. To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel. All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP. Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
