T3i is Hiring a NSWBTC Land Warfare Instructor Near San Diego, CA
Job Summary: T3i is currently recruiting a Land Warfare Instructor in Coronado, California, in support of Special Operations Forces. Responsibilities:
Instruct on current shooting techniques (carbine and pistol)
Serve as a subject matter expert in individual and crew-served weapons
Instruct on foot-patrol organization and formation, mission planning, and other related topics
Operate target systems
Act as a Range Safety Officer or assist with such duties during live-fire training
Perform logistics support
Assist with performing risk assessments
Set up and coordinate equipment and training locations
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience planning, coordinating, and instructing
Working knowledge of all applicable publications, instructions, and guidelines
Experience and working knowledge of exercise coordination and scenario and script development and execution
Working knowledge of communications systems and technologies
Experience in logistics and training management/coordination
Ability to work extended work schedules on occasion to meet training requirements
Physically fit with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines
Ability to instruct for up to 16 hours in all weather conditions if necessary
Ability to engage in physical activities, such as running, swimming, climbing, and lifting up to 75 pounds
Ability to wear personal protective equipment
Ability to pass a urinalysis screening for drugs and alcohol
Active Secret security clearance
Ability to perform field repairs/maintenance for systems and equipment
Desired Skills and Experience:
Preferred one (1) year experience in curriculum development and management
Preferred experience and qualification as a RSO

To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel. All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP. Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
