Job Responsibilities

• Find potential customers in need of a new roof (often through door-to-door sales).
• Conduct customer consultations and roofing inspections.
• Explain the insurance process to customers.
• Maintain accurate records using our apps.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend weekly team trainings/meetings.

Compensation

Our sales representatives operate as 1099 independent contractors and earn solely through commission. In the previous year, our lower level performers earned around $60,000 per year while average sales representatives earned around $120,000 per year. Our top performers exceeded $200,000 in earnings. We believe in equipping our team with the necessary tools for success, though individual earnings are contingent on performance.
