CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Sales experience, ideally in roofing, home security, window sales, or similar fields
- Self-motivated and trainable
- Positive attitude with a drive to succeed
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
- Comfortable carrying and climbing ladders, with no fear of heights
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain a positive attitude and readiness to assist others
- Attend provided lead appointments and engage in cold calling
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections, documenting damage with photos, measurements, and notes
- Provide professional estimates for roofing and construction projects
- Act as a consultant for homeowners navigating insurance claims in storm-damaged areas
- Generate business through door knocking, lead follow-ups, and referrals
- Secure signed agreements and payment to initiate projects
- Coordinate with the production team to commence roofing projects
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
