Pay Structure:

• Hourly rate: $20.00 plus commission bonuses
• Commissions based on performance; potential earnings of $60,000 - $80,000 per year

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of one year of sales experience required
• Door-to-door sales experience preferred
• Roofing experience not required
• Positive attitude, hardworking, coachable, leadership qualities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Integrity and goal-oriented mindset
• Focus on relationship building and networking
• Team player
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Job Duties:

• Lead door-to-door canvassing efforts
• Supervise and motivate canvassing teams
• Develop and conduct trainings on sales techniques, time management, territory management, values, and mindset
• Conduct daily motivational/training meetings
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members
• Shadow team members in the field
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Track and report hours for canvassing team
• Safely transport team to and from the field daily
• Maintain motivation and morale of team members
