Job Title: Credit & Collections Specialist Location: Houston, TX 77036 Duration: Direct Hire
An established, fast-growing electronics distributor is looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to join their team!
Focus includes:
- Manages aging reports and leading collections efforts, working to meet targeted goals
- Handles on inquiries from customers regarding their accounts and disputes
- Managing internal relationships with sales and working together with leadership on best direction for delinquent accounts
- Responsible for outstanding cash balances, suspension of accounts and processing credit memos
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 years of experience in the credit and collections space
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking, high volume environment
- Strong communication, customer service, organized, motivated and self-driven.
- Offering $25 /hr. depending on experience.
