Job Title: Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking to build a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
  • Adaptability and resilience in handling challenges and changing market dynamics.

Salary Range:

  • From $1,000 per month and above, depending on experience.
