SysArc Infomatix is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Mc Kinney, TX

Education:

· Graduation in Finance/ Information Technology.

· MBA with Sales and Marketing Specialization preferred.

Total Yrs Of Experience: 5 (Minimum) in B2B Sales.

Overview:

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and driving top-line growth for the company. They will focus on both farming and hunting sales strategies within the US market, particularly targeting Banking & Financial Services Institutions. The candidate should be a technocrat well versed with Lending digitisation. The ideal candidate should have worked in BFSI company with experience in end-to-end Loan origination/processing/management lifecycles.

This role is an individual contributor role, reporting into the Sales Head

The candidate should be a US national or should have the requisite work permit required to work in the country.

Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:

· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Banking & Financial sector.

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.

Client Engagement:

· Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, including Banks and NBFCs.

· Present company services and solutions to senior management through compelling presentations.

· Conduct software product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.

· Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume clients to achieve organic growth and long-term company objectives.

· Research and understand key customer wants and needs and propose solutions that address client requirements effectively.

· Serve as the primary contact point for key customers and internal teams, resolving complaints and gathering feedback to enhance service delivery.

Sales Process Management:

· Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure.

· Coordinate with internal teams, including delivery, legal, and pre-sales, to respond to RFPs and RFIs effectively.

· Ensure timely follow-up and communication with prospects to drive sales conversions.

Account Management:

· Handle account management for existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

· Meet and exceed prescribed business targets consistently.

· Travel extensively within the US and potentially internationally as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the BFSI domain.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a target-driven attitude.

· Experience in loan management or lending processes is highly desirable.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the US and abroad.
