I'm looking for a self-motivated individual with high energy excellent leadership Skill and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.A successful recruiter would be able to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; developing hiring processes and guidelines; and conducting basic HR functions as required.
