Business Requirement: Should able to understand the business requirement. Business requirement constitute specification of what business wants. He should be able to play Business Analyst role for requirement gathering from Business
Functional Requirement: FR describes what the system, process, or product/services must do to fulfill the business requirement. He should be able to understand the business. Strong Communication skill to communicate with business.
Technical Expertise:
- L2, L3 Application Support
- Very strong hands-on experience .NET, MVC, SQL Server (SSRS, SSIS)
- Strong domain knowledge on Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Trading platforms
- L2, L3 level of production support
- Understanding of Agile Kanban
- Strong domain knowledge - Interface with Business, understand the requirements, have discussions on business terms/impact
- Strong analysis skills - Analyze functionality, present analysis to client SME, have discussions at technical levels
- Work on fixes/Incidents as per priority/severity, SLA – Ensure SLA adherence
- Develop, test the enhancements/fixes and move as per the Workflow defined
- Strong communication skills – at business, technical levels
- Collaborate well with the Offshore team in India, have good communication with the team and develop a rapport
- Contribute to the reporting of status/work – Internal/Client
- Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
