Junior Oracle Application Developer - Hybrid (3 days in office) Job, 1 Year Experience

Annual Income: $57K - $78K

In this critical role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our existing Oracle E-Business CRM system and Ava-ya telephony platform. You'll also lead the charge in developing and implementing new business processes and applications within the E-Business environment.

Here's what you'll do:

• Oracle E-Business Maestro: Maintain, configure, and enhance our existing Oracle E-Business CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

• Process Pioneer: Led the design and development of innovative applications and workflows within the E-Business platform to streamline business processes.

• Customization Champion: Develop custom forms, workflows, alerts, and reports to meet specific business needs and improve user experience.

• Tech Team Leader: Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, overseeing all aspects of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation.

• Documentation Dynamo: Create comprehensive and clear system documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing system maintenance.

• Data Guru: Leverage your expertise in statistical packages to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Mandatory: Existing Secret Clearance.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CRM experience in the Oracle E-Business environment, including experience developing forms, workflows, alerts, and reports.

• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading software development teams through all stages of the development lifecycle.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of Oracle database technology and its functionalities.

• Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming languages.

• Proficiency in using code repositories for version control and collaboration.

• The ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
