Syringa Property Management has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the needs for the Treasure Valley area properties.
An Industry Leader of Multifamily Housing has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician. Bring your tools and experience to join our team in the Treasure Valley area, Idaho.
We require a background as part of the employment opportunity.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in property management maintenance.
Our technicians need to have solid experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, some janitorial work.
General maintenance duties include: (Not all encompassing)
- Process and complete maintenance
- work orders timely
- Grounds/lawn maintenance
- Maintenance all vacant units for
- rent readiness
- On call for emergencies after
- business hours when needed
- Assist Site Manager with inspections
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Be efficient and able to interact with residents and staff.
Starting wage: $20-$22 per hour DOE
