Medium size painting company located in Boise, ID. Has a team of 7 staff expanding to add a 3rd full time crew. Jobs consist of a mix of commercial and residential painting. Company has been in business and serving the area for over 40 years.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our construction/painting team. Esperance on painting crews is required. Experience can be on residential or commercial painting. You will be working on a small team to compete painting projects. We use both airless sprayers, rolls and brushes for our projects. Construction experience is a plus. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Work on, and manage painting projects from start to finish

- Proficient in Masking and prepping for paint.

- Familiar with pressure washer and paint sprayers.

- Able to work with other crew members and help move a job along efferently.

- Be an active participant in the work on the job sight.
- Estimate project materials needed
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Construction painting: Skilled in applying paint to surfaces for finishing purposes a plus
- Basic math: Ability to perform basic calculations for measurements, estimations, and material quantities
- Airless paint spraying: Proficient in using airless paint spraying equipment for efficient painting applications a plus
