The ideal Maintenance Technician candidate will:Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfactionPossess a high school diploma or equivalentBe able to work an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekendsHave experience with general maintenance in a community setting; previous experience working in a health care environment is a plusHave basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing and electrical maintenance and repairHave knowledge and experience working with technology such as smart phones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs and personal computersHave working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systemsHave the ability to move quickly to various areas of the entire propertyPhysical work is a primary part of this roleBe able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residentsBe able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitorsValid Driver License with clean driving record
