Duties: 

• Assist physicians and nurses in providing patient care and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing patient prescriptions, and maintaining medical supplies inventory.
• Administer injections, take vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
• Facilitate patient communication, answer queries, and provide necessary health education advice.
• Comply with all necessary safety and workplace guidelines.

Requirements

• Have essential computer skills and experience with electronic health records systems
• Display strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Must be 18 years old and older
• Must submit proof of COVID vaccination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in providing high level of customer service.
• Must have the ability to perform in a high-pace, busy, and demanding environment.
