- Technical skills for desktop troubleshooting
support (Windows 7/Windows 10 environment) - Understanding of Office 365 services and how they are used within Microsoft applications and online.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of network printing and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to provide consistent and excellent customer support to clients from a variety of business groups, including management, with unique requirements
- Candidate must be detail oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Cloud will be added advantage
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
- Knowledge of Operating System installation and machine prep
- Knowledge of Any type of software installation and uninstallation process.
- Knowledge of Mac and iOS is an added advantage.
