A growing Johnson County Real Estate company is seeking a Controller.

The Controller will be responsible for variety of duties that include:

• Responsible for handling the books for various commercial properties
• Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded
• Maintaining the properties' general ledger
• Preparing financial reports
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reviews
• Provide leadership to accounting team

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years experience as a Controller
• Real Estate / Property Management industry experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
